Graffiti near I-394
I don't know which Buddha this stencil is intended to be. He looks a little like Padmasambhava, but he doesn't have a khatvanga, vajra and kapala: just his open hands.
I took a photo of the L.A. Rockler Fur building near 4th and Hennepin, but it didn't come out well. For quite some time, it had "FORGIVE YOURSELF" written in huge letters above the top floor windows.

The other day, I looked up at the building from the bus stop at 4th and Hennepin and the words had been sandblasted away. Some urban Taliban have also partially defaced the Buddha of I-394. But you can still love, and you can still forgive yourself.
